Report Lost or Stolen Debit/ATM Card
To report your debit card lost or stolen during regular business hours, please contact one of our customer service DirectLine numbers listed above. If you realize that your debit card has been lost or stolen after business hours during the week or on the weekend, please call MasterCard at 800-528-2273 or 800-257-8316 and leave a message. It is important that you report your missing card as soon as possible to help prevent or limit fraudulent use.
