Can't get to Bank OnLine or Bill Pay?
If you have a new computer, or have recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 6, the default settings will prevent you from accessing Bank OnLine because of cookie restrictions. Bank OnLine and Bill Pay use cookies to provide secure transactions and viewing of your private information. If cookies are restricted by your browser when you log in to Bank OnLine you will be presented with the Electronic Banking Agreement page. However, the Accept or Decline buttons at the bottom will not be present for you to continue on and access your account. If this occurs you will need to adjust your browser settings.
Here's how to change your settings to get to Bank OnLine and Bill Pay:
Open Internet Explorer and from the top menu select “Tools” and then “Internet Options”. Click on the “Privacy” tab. The privacy level can be as high as you want. Click on “EDIT” in the Web sites box. In the next box, type in abankcc.com and then click on “Allow” for Bank OnLine. Type in onlinebank.com and then click on “Allow” for Bill Pay. Then click on "OK" at the bottom. After doing this you should be able to log in to Bank OnLine with your usual Access Code, User Name and Password.

You can add bank online and bill pay to your trusted sites. This will also allow cookies from these sites. To add trusted sites, Open Internet Explorer and from the top menu select “Tools” and then “Internet Options”. Click on the “Security” tab. Select the "Trusted Sites" icon then click the "Sites" button. In the next box, type in https://ibank.abankcc.com and then click on “Add” for Bank OnLine. Type in https://onlinebank.com and then click on “Add” for Bill Pay. Then click on "OK" at the bottom, and your done.
